Sales Account Executive

General Job Description:
  • The Sales Account Executive will work in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure best practices are followed. The Sales Support will monitor day-to-day sales activity through various systems and report to Sales SupportTeam Lead .
Responsibilities:
  • Forward requests for proposal from assigned Business Unit Head to the purchasing department and assign reference no. for each project for easy tracking.
  • Prepare all quotations for submission of Business Unit Head to their respective clients after having all the prices for the BOM.
  • Prepare all Maintenance Agreement (Net911 Proposals).
  • Monitor status of every opportunity/proposal handled by Business Unit Head after submission.
  • Assign Project No. to every opportunity that has been approved.
  • Coordinate closely with the other department associated with the project from quotation preparation to the delivery of the items or if there’s after sales support.
  • Update immediate superior regarding any development of each project. Escalate concerns with the key person for every opportunity.
  • Coordinate closely with Overseas Partners regarding projects here in the Philippines handed by them.
  • Perform all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Business Management, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
  • Male/Female, not more than 28 years of age
  • At least 1-2 years sales experience on different types of IT products is preferred, but fresh graduates are also consider
  • Ability to grasp and understand technical concepts. Self motivated; has the ability to generate new business leads and opportunities as well as to initiate sales strategies to target untapped areas in the market.
  • Has pleasing personality and strong inter-personal skill.
  • Constantly works towards continous improvement in terms of training especially with new business solutions being offered in the mmarket
  • Hardworking and trustworthy and Efficient worker
  • Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Takes proactive leadership in managing client accounts.
