Executive Assistant for Marketing and Corporate Communications

  • Plan, develop and implement marketing and corporate communications strategies, publications, brochures and campaigns.
  • Research, write, edit, produce and distribute content thru website, email and other media.
  • Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, reception, exhibitions and other company affairs.
  • Sourcing and securing sponsorship.
  • Budgeting and evaluating marketing events.
  • Maintain and constant update of the company's website and social media account.
  • Perform all other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Multimedia, or Advertising
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in the related fields is preferred, but fresh graduates are also considered
  • Skill(s): MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Web Design is a plus
  • Excellent Writing and Speaking Skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
