TECHNICAL SUPPORT - FIELD
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for availability of all systems including desktop, networks, and servers
  • Acts as a 1st level Technical support
  • Responds to fault calls
  • Performs implementation procedures prepared by the Systems Specialists
  • Endures customer requirements are met & on time
  • Provides recommendations based on the findings from corrective / preventive activities.
  • Reports potential sales opportunities to the direct superior.
  • Ensures accurate technical information are detailed in the project document
  • Performs routine health check/preventive maintenance on devices maintained by the company.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • At least 1 year experience as on-site / field IT technical support within a corporate environment
  • Customer interface experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in IT infrastructure equipment (Server, Wirewall, Router, Backup, UPS, etc.) and ITIL
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati, Laguna (Sta. Rosa/Binan/Cabuyao) or Batangas (Sto. Tomas/Malvar)
