TECHNICAL SUPPORT - FIELD
- Responsible for availability of all systems including desktop, networks, and servers
- Acts as a 1st level Technical support
- Responds to fault calls
- Performs implementation procedures prepared by the Systems Specialists
- Endures customer requirements are met & on time
- Provides recommendations based on the findings from corrective / preventive activities.
- Reports potential sales opportunities to the direct superior.
- Ensures accurate technical information are detailed in the project document
- Performs routine health check/preventive maintenance on devices maintained by the company.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
- At least 1 year experience as on-site / field IT technical support within a corporate environment
- Customer interface experience is a plus
- Knowledge in IT infrastructure equipment (Server, Wirewall, Router, Backup, UPS, etc.) and ITIL
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati, Laguna (Sta. Rosa/Binan/Cabuyao) or Batangas (Sto. Tomas/Malvar)
