There is possibly no foreign fast food chain that has been adopted as enthusiastically in Japan as KFC, and this cultural admiration is reciprocal. While the Colonel’s fried chicken is a tasty dinner on its own in Japan, KFC also publishes official recipes for using its famous chicken in traditional Japanese dishes on a regular basis.
