Technical Staff
Minimum Qualifications

  • One (1) year experience in on-site/field IT technical support in a corporate environment
  • Customer interface experience is a plus
  • Desktop hardware/applications and printer support
  • Able to follow-up and coordinate with telecom companies
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Knowledge in IT infrastructure equipment (Server, Firewall, Router, Backup, UPS, etc) and ITIL

 

Education: 

Graduate of BS Electronics and Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology

 

Skills / Competencies:

  • Competencies in LAN/WAN management
  • Competencies in Server and Desktop management
  • Has high level competence in one or more technologies
  • With excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Has good customer service relations

Work Location:

Preferably residing in (Bacoor, Imus,Dasmarinas, Sto Tomas, Batangas)

Technical Staff - Automation
Job Description

  • Learn and execute Automation and Digitalization Solutions
  • Perform Presentations of Automation and Digitization Solutions
  • Test, review and document automation solutions
  • Implement, customize and innovate on  automation solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues

 

Asset Management

  • Responsible for keeping track of IT assets
  • Keep customer IT asset information accurate and up-to-date
  • Implement asset tracking systems

 

Education:

BS Math, Computer Engineering, Computer Science

 

Qualifications

  • High level competence in one or more technologies
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Has good customer service relations

Sales Account Executive
Job Description

  • Grasp and understand business uses of technology
  • Qualify prospective customers and understands customer’s specific needs
  • Work with Systems Engineers to provide solutions
  • Manage Project Pipeline and prepare forecasts
  • Attend meetings, training, seminars and other sales events
  • Constantly works towards continuous improvement in sales, technology and
  • Manage sales, promotion and marketing of new solutions being handled by the company
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Takes proactive leadership in managing clients’ accounts
  • Develops lasting professional relationships with clients
  • Coordination and full ownership of projects in all phases of implementation.
  • Propose innovative sales ideas
  • Prepare Proposals for Quotations, Sales Plans and related documents.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any Business or Marketing related course.
  • Required skill(s): Presentation and demonstrations, client acquisition, Customer Relations Development
  • Working experience in the related field is a plus
  • Interest in technology is a plus
  • Preferably 1-4 years of Experience in Sales, Telemarketing or equivalent
  • Willing to work in Makati

 

Business Analyst
Job Description

Processing and analysis of business related data for the following purposes:

  • Assist in creation of reports to management
  • Assist in establishment of sales goals
  • Assist in formulation of sales strategy and execution
  • Assist in team sales process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Improves sales by analyzing results; monitoring activities; identifying trends, collaborating with teams and recommending actions.
  • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
