How Uniadex helped Momoko Nishikawa, STA Sales Division Leader

Consistent with being UNIADEX since 2017, and this is Momoko’s sixth year. She is in charge of existing customers of financial institutions, and now she is mainly responsible for the development of projects for new customers in a partner business with a PC manufacturer.

According to Momoko, “I don’t think there will be any major changes in the way I treat customers because they are new customers, but I do hope that the relationship will continue for a long time. For example, when we talk for the first time, if we explain everything from the company introduction to product details all at once, we tend to lose contact with them after they say, “I’ll consider it.” To prevent this from happening, I try to suggest things like, “I’ll give you a detailed explanation of the product next time. What are your plans for next week?”

I was transferred to my current department right in the middle of the coronavirus crisis. I can’t meet customers face-to-face, and I don’t have any familiar faces. I think that my communication style has changed in such a situation. After taking on the challenge once, I persistently consulted with my boss about anything I didn’t understand. Whether it’s a boss or a colleague, if you can find someone who will stand by your side, the circle of people will expand.”
