The tiny fishing village in Switzerland gained global attention after Netflix boosted its popularity. That is because of the popular K-drama ‘Crash Landing on You” which according to Nielsen Korea is the fourth-most watched TV program in the annals of South Korean television.  

 The village of Iseltwald has been hosting a high volume of Asian tourists since September 2022. Due to the high volume of tourists, sometimes locals were outnumbered by tourists. This year, the village started a double-decker bus service to take visitors to the breath-taking locations they came to view.
